TEN87 Lavish Raw Strands: does not offer refunds ALL SALES ARE FINAL

TEN87 Lavish Raw Strands: isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route Protect. However if you choose not to use Route Protect and your item is lost in transit, stolen or has nit been received that is at the risk of the customer.

TEN87 Lavish Raw Strands:  in the rare event we are  not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to TEN87 Lavish Raw Strands you are responsible for additional shipping fees, alongside a flat fee of $40 to restock. A store credit will be given to you minus the restock fee and shipping fee to purchase a new order with the correct address.
